Refund policy

Once your order has been delivered, please check that all the items you have purchased are not damaged and are in good condition. If there is an issue with your order please inform us within 48 hours of delivery/purchase. You have 7 days to return the products if you are not satisfied with any of the items and we will either exchange or replace it, provided it is returned unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as received - we can’t accept any opened or used products for returns.   This is subject to stock availability. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once you have notified us and the item/s are eligible for exchange or replacement, we will collect the item/s and deliver the correct item/s as soon as possible. Please note that delivery charges apply.

If it is after the 7 days notice period and you would like to return the items, you will be liable for a 10% handling fee as well as the collection/delivery fee.
